I wanted to tell you how much my family and I = appreciated the level of service we received from you and the = staff at=20 Power Play. We = =93discovered=94=20 Avalon in 2000, and have been vacationing here for one week each = summer=20 ever since. We have = always=20 used the same rental agency. =20 On two different occasions we had a problem with the house = we=20 rented, and both times we found the level of service from the = agency to be=20 highly unsatisfactory. = This=20 is why we decided to try someone different this year. We are so glad that we = did!

You helped us find a house in a part of town = we hadn=92t=20 yet discovered. = When the AC=20 unit in the house wasn=92t working, a different agent from your = office took=20 care of it immediately. = When=20 it was time to check-in (and check-out) the staff was incredibly = friendly=20 and helpful. What a = wonderful=20 experience this has been.
