Stone Harbor Beach Information

Swimming is permitted only at protected beaches where lifeguards are on duty, 10am to 5pm for the summer season. Use of rafts and surf boards are permitted only at designated beaches. If you swim before 10am or after 5pm or when lifeguards are not on duty or if you swim at a beach which is not a designated beach, you do so at Your Own Risk.  Listed below are a list of protected beaches as well as surfing beaches and raft beaches.

Stone Harbor NJ Beach Tag Information

All beachgoers 12 and over must display a beach tag from Friday of Memorial Day Weekend until Monday of Labor Day Weekend from 10am - 5pm. Seasonal, weekly and daily tags may be purchased from inspectors on the beach or from the Beach Tag Office during the summer season. To purchase tags by mail, send check with name and address and the number of tags desired to the Beach Tag Office. Tags will be held under your name to be picked up at your convenience.
